All submissions through this section are routed to the Minaions Super Admin panel, where the technical support team manages acknowledgment and resolution. Issues raised through the Help Section are acknowledged within 24 working hours and resolved within 48–72 working hours, subject to the complexity and severity of the issue.

Non-registered users may access the AI chatbot for general, non-critical guidance.

Minaions collects your email address, mobile number, and encrypted password to create and secure your user account, enable login authentication, and provide essential communication regarding your usage of the platform. This collection and processing are carried out in compliance with the IT Rules 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Under the IT Rules 2011, passwords are categorized as “Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)”. Minaions protects this data using industry-standard security practices, including encryption, secure access controls, and restricted internal access. We only collect SPDI after obtaining your explicit consent, and we retain it only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have several important rights, including the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and register grievances regarding the handling of your data. Minaions provides mechanisms to exercise these rights transparently and within legally required timelines.
