2. Purpose of Data Collection

Minaions collects your information solely for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your business profile on the Platform
• To assess your company’s eligibility for government tenders
• To match your credentials with tender requirements using AI
• To deliver analysis and insights based on uploaded documents
• To continuously improve Platform performance and accuracy

3. IT Rules 2011 & DPDP Act 2023

This Privacy Policy is aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules 2011”), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

• Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel only, for service-related purposes.

9. Data Retention

Unless legally obligated otherwise, we retain user data for as long as the user maintains an active account. Upon deletion or deactivation of your account:
